The Yamaha P114m is the first UK-made upright in the Yamaha range, also being the first model featuring a solid European spruce soundboard for a more rounded tone and resonance.
A good quality of tone, build and finish. If space or a complex manoeuvre is an issue, this model is compact without compromising on quality.
This is also available in a traditional style cabinet as the 'P114 ' which also features castors.
Yamaha have launched a new B series model at 121cm at a lower price, see: Yamaha B3 information and prices. The Yamaha B3 will sound better than the P114m.
