Don't be fooled by its compact dimenions. If the Yamaha SU118 had castors, as do most other traditional pianos, the Yamaha SU118C would measure 121cm tall. Plus, the floor is cut away at the back to accomodate its oversize frame and soundboard, making the frame and soundboard height approximately 3cm taller than most other pianos of this size... so you really can beleive in this piano.
The Yamaha SU118C keyboard and action are of the highest quality, giving a highly responsive touch to gain maximum expressive range from this fine instrument.
Walnut hammer mouldings with Yamaha's finest grade hammer felt, coupled with super-fine Romanian spruce soundboard and ribs, and a vertically laminated bass bridge, result in a superb tone throughout.
