The Yamaha GC1M is a good upgrade from the GB1K, providing wider tone and dynamic range, a more solid feel throughout and the standard Yamaha touch weight.
Whilst the tonal character is still 'neutral' it is a more colourful sounding baby grand in comparison with the smaller GB1K.
